Little Sprouts Daycare

Little Sprouts is a licensed daycare center for ages 6 weeks and older.  Sprouts provides an in-home daycare atmosphere using a daycare center business model.  What that means is sprouts is rarely closed.  If our main instructor is unable to work, we call in replacements.  The program is licensed for 20 children.  We staff 1 instructor per 10 children and each instructor can only have 4 children under the age of 2 years.  We have weekly themes similar to the FAOSP Program and complete daily hands-on table activities.  This group stays a little closer to home with an outdoor play center connected right to their building and relaxed environment, but they still get plenty of outdoor play and social activities built into their day.  In the summer, the 3-5-year-olds also go to the pool and park with a certified lifeguard but not as frequently as the FAOSP (school-age) children.  Pool memberships are not required for this age group. Sprouts do not go on out-of-town field trips.  Sprouts ages 3 and older can participate in any special FAOSP program offered to preschool.  When Sprouts are ready to join a preschool like environment, they are moved into the Jr. Program at the FAOSP.

The Little Sprouts Daycare is located at 1403 Pearl Street
